"Whether people first hear about the two kinds of perception and two kinds of judgment as children, high school students, parents or grandparents, the richer development of their own type can be a rewarding adventure for the rest of their lives."

–Isabel Myers

CAPT training programs include the MBTI® Certification Program, as well as applications of psychological type.

  Confidentiality

The results of the MBTI® instrument are always confidential and are not to be shared with others unless the respondent chooses to do so. People take the MBTI instrument in order to understand and manage their own personality preferences better. If results were not confidential, people might not answer honestly and the results would not be helpful.

Be sure the person and the organization that administer the instrument to you intend to keep the results confidential. If that is not the case, find another administrator. If your employer insists on seeing the results, refer him or her to the link about ethical uses of the MBTI instrument.
