  Ethics for Professional Qualifications

  1. Even those who are qualified by their education to purchase the Indicator will want to study materials specifically about the MBTI instrument so that they can offer comprehensive background and guidance to a respondent. The MBTI instrument is different from other instruments. Without in-depth understanding, the feedback could be shallow or inaccurate. Perhaps most important, qualified users who do not seek additional training may miss opportunities to use the full richness of the theory.

  2. Many qualified users update their knowledge and expertise regularly with continuing education activities such as conferences and workshops.
